Theresia Co is the Head of Leadership, Talent and Development of Link Asset Management Limited with oversight on building leadership capabilities, strengthening Link’s talent pipeline and developing people bench strength for organizational growth and impact.

Theresia has over 25 years of experience in the field of organization and people development with exposure across financial, insurance and services industries. As an people development professional, Theresia has extensive experience and educational credentials in organization learning, talent development, talent acquisition, change management and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Link, Theresia has worked in financial and insurance sector as regional lead championing people development, transformation and change initiatives.   As regional lead and internal people partner.

She has spent extensive time in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Korea and Shanghai  working with the local team to create impactful initiatives that address simplicity, effectiveness and sustainable results.

A certified coach by Corporate Coach University (Australia), Theresia is also certified practitioner for MBTI, DiSC, Social Style, Hogan Assessment and Lominger. She also received her Certified Professional Innovator license by Innovatrium; University of Michigan.
