Tony is currently the Learning, Culture & Facilities Management Director at AXA Hong Kong & Macau. In this role, he leads the L&D function focusing on people and leadership development, he also spearheads initiatives to drive AXA’s corporate culture, as well as employee engagement, and fostering diversity and inclusion in the organisation. Tony is deeply committed to cultivate a non-discriminatory and positive corporate culture, while empowering each employee to fully leverage their potential and contribute to the company’s overall success. Possessing more than 15 years of experience in people development and human resources management, Tony was previously employed in various industries including hospitality, retail, and financial services. Tony was a graduate of the Human Resources Management program at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he is also part of the Learning & Development Committee at the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM), as well as the Award Steering Committee Member for the Chief Happiness Officer Association (CHOA).
