Virginia Lun currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at HKT, a well-known telecommunications company in the region.

Prior to her current role, Virginia held HR leadership positions at several prominent organisations. She led the Human Resources function at Jardine Restaurant Group across Asian countries; she has also worked for Schneider Electric and Cisco Systems, where she played a key role in driving the people agenda across the Greater China region. Holding an MBA degree from the HKUST Business School, Virginia’s expertise spans areas such as driving organisational transformations, optimising HR processes and leveraging digital technologies to enhance HR practices.
