Wesley Ling

Wesley Ling graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Hotel and Tourism Management, and recently earned his master’s degree in strategic human resources management at Hong Kong Baptist University. He is also a HCI-certified strategic HR business partner and a Gallup-certified strengths coach.

He is currently the Director of Talent and Culture – New Project Development at Rosewood Hotel Group. He previously worked for Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong, the international hotel brand Hyatt Regency, and the start-up hotel company Ovolo Hotels, where he was the given opportunity to experience front line operations, explore business and marketing strategies and unlock talent potential.
