Leading the People & Culture team at Love, Bonito is Lisa Askwith. In her capacity as Chief People Officer, Lisa spearheads the brand’s people and culture strategies, especially in the areas of people development, people experience, talent acquisition, people operations and organisation development. She thrives on the challenge of finding new ways to tackle problems and support growth.

Prior to joining Love, Bonito, Lisa spent over 20 years working with human resources all over the world in a variety of organisations and industries. In the last 12 years, she spent her time building up and running her own HR consultancy where she supported both multi-billion-dollar companies and start-ups. Lisa is also a key Chairperson for Executives’ Global Network (EGN) Singapore, where she has guided over 70 Singapore-based SMEs, from various industries that are scaling both locally as well as globally.
