Adele has extensive HR experience across varied industries such as healthcare, consumer, financial services, technology, industrial, and professional services sectors. As KONE’s Head of Talent and Culture for Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa & Turkey (APM), Adele is responsible for leading the effort in APM in how KONE acquires & develops talent; and the analytics and talent advisory involved with this, including culture and communication of an authentic employer brand.

Starting her career as HR Generalist, she has since developed her expertise across roles in talent acquisition (TA) and talent development, having worked at European and US headquartered organisations. She has been credited with starting up TA and early career development functions, and building strong expertise within the teams she has led.
