Annie brings over 25 years of HR experience across several industries and multinational corporations such as Sanofi, Danaher Corporation, GSK, Adecco and Citrix where she supports and drives strategic business decisions, providing leadership direction in driving talent management, employee engagement, recruitment practices, organisational development excellence. Currently, she oversees the human capital strategy and development arm of Hummingbird Bioscience, where she drives the organisation’s approach to talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion to support Hummingbird’s rapid growth into a world-class biotech company. Annie’s expertise is in catalysing workforce strategies to power up talent engagement for a highly motivated and productive workforce and embed diversity and inclusion into human capital strategy to enhance employer building. She has been recognised with prestigious Singapore Polytechnic Service Award (2010) and Monash Excellence Award Australia (2022) for making a positive impact in the world and society through outstanding professional contributions.
