Audrey is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience in energy, high-tech, and financial services sectors as well as overseeing myriad countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, South Africa, South America and North America. Her current role as the Head of People & Organisation for Anglo American covers the full suite of HR specialisations globally. She partners the trading & sales business which involves building a talented, diverse, capable team focused on evolving business objectives with an eye to drive an agile, innovative and high performing culture whilst enjoying the journey!

She has spent time co-creating the HR agenda in Temasek, Shell and in her early career, Audrey was ahead of the tech startup curve, being a co-founder of the first LAN entertainment center in Melbourne.

Audrey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Social Sciences (Psychology and Economics) from the National University of Singapore and is a certified SAP HR consultant. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family and travelling for new experiences.
