Bamidele Aremu is an accomplished total rewards leader with extensive experience across the Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region. As Director of Total Rewards, he partners closely with senior leadership to design and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement. Before joining Barry Callebaut in 2022, he worked with Diageo and British American Tobacco, combined 13 years, in different generalist and total rewards roles with responsibilities spanning across East and West Africa. In his role, he constantly has had to work and liaise with global mobility teams to facilitate cross-border moves.

He is now based in Singapore with his family.
