As regional head of staffing for Tata Consultancy Services, Asia Pacific, Dhilip is responsible for strategizing external hiring, partner ecosystems, Talent mobility and Immigration for countries across APAC. A hattrick HR Hackathon winner with few copyrights and patents to his credit, Dhilip was recently granted patents in the US and India as co-innovator for a computer implemented method and system to identify leaders in various groups using machine language. He has designed and delivered a large scale global mobility system that is implemented across countries. Passionate story teller in him, runs a not for profit story telling venture called “MaDhi – The story tellers” to take stories of moral values to children, parents and corporates.
