Is lunch provided?
Yes. Morning refreshments, lunch and tea breaks are provided at no cost.
Can we choose our seats at the conference?
No, seating zones will be allocated and pre-assigned prior to the conference.
Will I be able to download any of the presentations shown at the event?
Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of the feedback form shared with you at the end of the day. Please note that only slides approved by speakers for sharing will be downloadable.
What do I have to bring to the conference?
If I request an invitation, does it mean that my place is confirmed?

What if I would like to bring a colleague or a friend along?
Please direct your colleague and/or friend to request an invitation to attend the conference.
How much does it cost to attend?
This is an exclusive invitation-only conference available at no cost to senior mobility professionals who have registered. Mobility vendors and solution providers can reach out to the sponsorship and exhibition team at partnerships@humanresourcesonline.net for an opportunity to join us at the conference.
Can I cancel my registration?
You may cancel, but we do request you to nominate a new colleague to attend instead. Please write to us at production@humanresourcesonline.net with your nominee’s details.
What if I can’t attend at the last minute?
Given the nature of our event, the success of our event is highly dependent on a full attendee turnout and commitment from each participant. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, we would appreciate if you could send someone from the HR/mobility team in your place. Please write to us at production@humanresourcesonline.net with your nominee’s details.
