George is an energetic and outgoing human resources (HR) professional with over 19 years of experience in the field. He has a natural ability to connect with people and is well-liked by those he engages with. As a problem-solver, George is able to drive HR initiatives that yield bottom-line results and enhance employee engagement in pursuit of organisational objectives.

George began his career as an engineer before transitioning to HR and rising through the ranks. He is an avid learner who believes in lifelong learning, having obtained two specialist diplomas in HR-related fields. Since 2019, George has also been an associate lecturer with Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s School of Business.
