Iris was born and raised in the Philippines. She moved to Singapore some 15 years ago with her husband and two children.  She is a highly experienced global mobility professional with over 15 years’ experience in managing all types of relocation, maintaining emphasis on compliance and positive employee relocation experience. She has extensive exposure and experience managing international remote workers and commuters. She has taken the lead in the review and harmonisation of local-plus benefit. Iris joined Dyson from a seven-year stint in Kantar Singapore and has previous mobility experience with both Rolls Royce and AMEC.
