Ivan has a deep interest in cross-cultural leadership, having coached senior leaders from more than 25 countries across APAC, Middle East and Europe. Ivan comes with 18 years of experience in the Talent space; leading Talent functions in PwC and Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) covering Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

For the past 4 years, he served as HR Director as part the Asean management team of Signify, partnering the business in harnessing the most out of Asean’s talent pool to drive business performance.

Most recently, he took on the role of Global Talent and Leadership Development to oversee the programmatic identification, development and deployment of Talents for the organization across the globe.
