Jackson Teng is the Senior Director of Asia Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development at Micron Technology, where he leads regional talent acquisition strategies that drive workforce development and elevate talent engagement.

With over two decades in the semiconductor industry, Jackson has held leadership roles in engineering and HR. He began his career as an engineer at TECH Semiconductor before joining Micron through acquisition.

Since transitioning to HR in 2013, Jackson has served as executive business partner for global and regional organisations. He also led HR operations in Taiwan, steering the team through M&A/integration and new plant start-ups.

Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a business minor from the National University of Singapore.
