Janelle is a seasoned HR professional who continues to partner with executive leadership teams on organisational transformations that drive high performance cultures. With multi-industry experience, including hotels, government, education and professional services, she brings a depth of international experience having worked in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Singapore and China.

Janelle leads the APAC HR operations for Mott MacDonald, an engineering, management, and development consultancy whose purpose is to improve society by considering social outcomes and relentlessly focusing on excellence, while transforming their clients’ business, communities, and the employee experience. With the region having one of the highest volumes of mobility in the company, and as a former assignee, Janelle understands the complexity of international mobility while appreciating the many rewards it offers to employees and their companies.
