Jean LIN is currently working at STMicroelectronics as Sr. Director for Global Compensation Strategies & International Exposure Strategies. Jean joined ST as the APAC Rewards & International Mobility Sr. Dir in Hong Kong in 2020.

Jean started her HR professional career with Hewitt Associates LLC, a global HR consultancy headquartered in Chicago, USA. During her 10+ years with Hewitt, she progressed gradually from associate, to project manager, to the Beijing China Branch head, and then to Greater China Total Rewards Practice Leader.

In 2008, Jean joined General Electric in Shanghai China as the Corporate APAC Total Rewards Director and a while later, she was appointed as the Greater China Total Rewards CoE Sr. Dir to lead a team of seasoned compensation and benefits professionals, providing instrumental C&B consultation to GE Healthcare, Aviation, Power Infra, Capital, Transportation, Appliance and Lighting business groups, in this highly competitive market.

Jean is a certified faculty lecturer for World at Work, the globally renowned NGO for developing compensation & benefits professionals. She is Chinese national and has a MS degree of economics.
