Joel Leong is a HR leader with over 25 years of experience in global talent management, learning, and organisational development across several Fortune 200 companies in diverse industries and cultures. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director and Group Head of Talent and Performance Management at OCBC, where he oversees the comprehensive talent agenda for the OCBC Group.

Before joining OCBC, Joel held global and APAC leadership positions at multinational corporations, including Jabil, BNY Mellon, Shell, General Electric, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Most recently, he was the Global Head of Organisational Development and Talent Management at SATS, a leading provider of air cargo and aviation services, where he developed and implemented a global framework for talent management and culture transformation.

Joel is a recipient of the Singapore Press Holdings Scholarship and graduated with honours with a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He also holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Resource Development from George Washington University in the USA.
