She has worked across consulting, technology, banking, airlines, and medical device industries. A personal passion for Preneet is to help shape and influence rganisations by partnering to deliver culture change and activation, business transformation, leadership effectiveness, and building inclusive and diverse work environments. Preneet has worked extensively on HR transformation and business restructuring projects, mergers, and acquisitions as well as driving high-performing teams. She lives in Singapore, her husband Sunit is also an HR Professional and they have two daughters Trisha and Myra + Coco who is their furry third!
