Priya leads the APAC region for Labour & Employment Law and Litigation at Cargill.

Over the last 2 decades, she has had significant experience advising HR functions, boards, and senior executives on compliance with APAC employment laws and HR policies. She helps clients find practical solutions to legal and compliance problems on all matters across the employment lifecycle, including background checks and hiring, contractual and policy related issues, performance management, bonus issues, employee separations, post-termination restraints, privacy issues, and discrimination and harassment to name a few.  She has also assisted on investigation processes, and disciplinary and grievance matters.

Priya was legally trained and qualified in Hong Kong. She started her career at Baker McKenzie, having received a scholarship from them, before moving on to Herbert Smith Freehills. She has also previously worked at Bank of New York Mellon.
