Vivien Li is a Human Resource Executive with over 20 years of experience leading the development and implementation of organization and talent strategies to enable a high-performing organisation to consistently achieve key priorities and accelerate growth. With a demonstrated track record of working in complex, global and matrix environment, Ms. Li specialises in enabling organisational transformation through cultural change, performance optimisation, and capability development. 

In her current position at the Danaher Water Quality Platform, Ms. Li drives strategic business decisions and provides leadership in the critical areas within HR, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to joining Danaher, Ms. Li led an award-winning HR organisation and served as the Global Head of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at Quest Software.  

Ms. Li holds a Master of Commerce degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from University of New South Wales, Australia.
