Dyson<\/h5>\n

As the Global HR Director at Dyson, Neha Pareek leads the people & culture agenda for the Global Engineering and Operations functions. Prior to joining Dyson, Neha was leading IBM\u2019s skills, engagement, employee experience and work transformation agenda for the ASEAN countries. In this role, Neha and her team were deeply focused on employee wellness, productivity, leadership enablement, safe return to work, and redesigning how work will be done in the new era.<\/p>\n

During her tenure as the Chief of Staff to the CEO of IBM Asia Pacific, Neha ran many large-scale HR programs touching inclusion, diversity, and employee experience including ‘Speak Up, Speak Out’ and \u2018IBM\u2019s Girls in Tech initiative\u2019 focused on developing STEM education for 2 million girls.<\/p>\n

In addition, Neha co-led P-TECH school launches across ASEAN and also led the launch of IBM ‘New Collar Jobs’ in Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n
