Tommy Loy joined Kmart & Target Australia as Head of People and Capability for their sourcing organisation in Asia \u2013 KAS Group Asia (KGA) in August 2022. Based in Singapore, Tommy leads the overall HR function for KGA where he manages their HR teams across multiple Asia locations as well as their Regional Compensation and Regional Talent Management teams for Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Kmart, Tommy held a number of HR leadership roles with various multinational companies including Keurig Dr Pepper, Kohler, Mead Johnson Nutrition, BASF and Mitsubishi Chemical. Tommy held a Master in HRM and is a certified practitioner for Korn-Ferry Lomiger, Prosi, DiSC and Caliper. Tommy is passionate about leadership development, competency management and employee engagement.<\/p>\n
