Manish Verma is the Global leader for Talent for Cargill where he is responsible for leading the talent strategy, leadership succession, talent development, leadership assessments, performance management, careers, global strategy for engagement and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, he was the Regional HR Leader for the Asia Pacific for Cargill, where he was responsible for leading the group of 350 HR team comprise of market HR leaders, HR domains in Talent, TA, OD, L&D, ER in all the areas of HR strategy and solution delivery.<\/p>\n

Previously to Cargill, Manish worked as Global Talent lead for Nokia, Asia Regional HR lead for Accenture Consulting, and European Region HR lead for BT JV based in London where he has worked in HR strategy, talent & talent acquisition management, regional HR, and shared services strategy consulting.<\/p>\n
