AIA Singapore <\/h5>\n

Aileen Tan is Chief Human Resources Officer of AIA Singapore. In this role she drives the development and execution of AIA Singapore\u2019s HR strategy to support the company\u2019s business growth, focusing on talent and leadership development, succession planning, as well as organisational and performance management. <\/p>\n

Prior to her role at AIA Singapore, Aileen was previously Vice President, Office of Human Resources at National University of Singapore (NUS),and she has also led regional HR teams at multinational companies such as BHP Billiton, BP Singapore Pte Ltd, Cisco Systems (USA) Pte Ltd and GE Plastics Pte Ltd. Some of the key accomplishments include organisation restructuring, managing transformation and business integration, building up people capabilities and succession pipelines and streamlining processes and practices in talent management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and HR operations.<\/p>\n
