Vanessa has over 20 years of experience spanning the HR and Commercial functions. At AbbVie, Vanessa leads Talent Management (Intercontinental). Since joining AbbVie in 2019, she has held various roles in HR including Director, Talent Management and Development (JAPAC) and Talent Acquisition (Japan), HR Director (Singapore).<\/p>\n
Prior to AbbVie, Vanessa worked at the LVMH Group (DFS) in multiple HR leadership roles in including Vice President, Learning and Talent, and HR Director for Singapore and Corporate HQ.<\/p>\n
She started her career at Target Corporation, where she has held a wide range of leadership roles including Organizational Effectiveness Director (International), HR Director (China), Procurement Lead (Southeast Asia), and Merchandise Business Analyst (US).<\/p>\n
Vanessa holds an Executive Masters in Change (Organizational Psychology) from INSEAD, and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington.<\/p>\n
