Shumin Yeo is the Senior Manager for Global Mobility at Micron Technology, Inc. She has progressively taken on more responsibilities in HR and Global Mobility, focusing on APAC, and is now leading the global Mobility function at Micron. She has been instrumental in driving initiatives to improve employee experiences and transforming the role of global mobility, while also being involved in CEO’s direct report assignments and expansion projects. Shumin was recently recognised as the Rising Star of the Year in the FEM EMMA America 2022 and her team received several awards for their talent mobility and empowering women strategies. Shumin’s other passion is in diversity, equality, and inclusion, and she is co-leading the Micron Women’s Leadership Network’s efforts to integrate DE&I into the mobility programme.<\/p>\n
