Diego is a seasoned human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions and locations. Hailing from Mexico City, Diego joined L\u2019Or\u00e9al in 2014 as the Human Relations Director for L\u2019Or\u00e9al Mexico. After four years, he moved to Paris to lead the HR function for Africa and the Middle East. In 2020, Diego relocated to Singapore as a founding member of the L\u2019Or\u00e9al SAPMENA Zone Management Committee, leading the HR function for the region. Prior to L\u2019Or\u00e9al, Diego held HR leadership roles in multinational companies such as AT&T-Nextel, Motorola, Mead Johnson, and General Motors, focusing on compensation, benefits, rewards, and talent acquisition. Diego is a transformation expert, having led strategic organisational change and transformation initiatives throughout his career.<\/p>\n
With a \u201cPeople First\u201d mindset, Diego is passionate about leadership and setting up Human Relations as a strong and true business partner, closely working with corporate functions, sales, manufacturing, and research & innovation centers. Diego, together with his wife and three children, has lived and worked around the world, from Mexico to the United States, Brazil, France, and now in Singapore. Diego holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Industrial Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, a Diploma on Leadership from Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico, and studied Business Dynamics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States.<\/p>\n
