She is a certified Coach from NLI and a LUMA facilitator in Human Centred Design. Having worked with leading global brands, she has gained experience in employer branding, D&I, and analytics in addition to core roles in talent acquisition, management and development of talent pools.<\/p>\n
In her current role, she is reimagining what career growth means to colleagues. She is leading a cross functional team across all parts of HR to conceptualise, design and implement multiple channels through which colleagues can truly own and design their career growth fit for the future.<\/p>\n
