Currently the Global Head of Talent Deployment and Strategic TA Partner for Tech and Ops, she has led multiple global and regional roles ranging from multi-nationals to start-ups across various industries like banking, telecommunications, software, and consulting, with focus on functions that drive tech and innovation.<\/p>\n
In the last two decades, she has built people strategies and successfully executed end to end transformation of the talent function, set up and led a robust and impact-driven recruitment & DEI function, driven multiple reorgs, massive ramp-ups, mergers, and business closures. Her focus has been on creating a world-class employee experience whilst driving skills-driven transformation with agility and measuring the impact of the strategy on current and future business outcomes, in a VUCA environment. She has built and led the people agenda through the lens of future of work, talent & capability building and DEI to create a high-performance culture.<\/p>\n
Urvi is a fitness enthusiast who loves to travel and spend time with her 9-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n
