Bala Nagarajan is a global HR professional having worked in US, India and Singapore while supporting multiple countries. Bala currently leads People Operations for APAC region at GE Vernova. Prior to this, he has led various functions in HR including people operations, HR technology, business partnering, compensation, benefits, and people analytics. An engineer by background, he has a Masters in Business Administration. Bala has been with GE for over 17 years and before that he was an AVP HR at HSBC. He is relatively new to Singapore, having lived here for the last 1 year with his wife, mom and daughter.<\/p>\n
