Lee Yee Ling is Vice President of Group People Development in Certis Group and Head of Institute for People Development at Certis Corporate University, where she drives enterprise-wide talent and organisational development strategies. Since joining Certis in 2024, she has led initiatives in leadership development programmes, succession planning, capability building frameworks, and culture shaping efforts to drive business goals. Prior to joining Certis, she spent over 15 years in the Singapore Economic Development Board, where she played key roles in global talent engagement, human capital policy development, marketing communications and industry engagement.

Yee Ling holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University.
