Anitha Ramakrishnan is the Vice President of Talent Management for Asia Pacific (AP) & APEMEA (AP, EEMEA, Europe) at Mastercard, driving the talent, performance, and leadership development agenda across the region. A seasoned HR leader with nearly two decades of experience, she has a proven track record of orchestrating large-scale talent, culture, and workforce transformations in partnership with business leaders.

A trusted advisor to senior leadership, Anitha specialises in building high-performing teams, accelerating leadership pipelines, and embedding a people-first, performance-driven culture. Her expertise spans across succession planning, executive development, and change leadership, ensuring business continuity and future-ready talent strategies.

Before Mastercard, Anitha was the HR leader for a global business unit at Iron Mountain, where she played a pivotal role in integrating a US-based acquisition and establishing a global operating model. Her earlier roles at Hewlett Packard, Kantar, and Standard Chartered strengthened her ability to coach leaders, drive business-aligned HR strategies, and champion cultural transformation.

Anitha holds an MBA in HR & Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Based in Singapore, she is a passionate advocate for wellbeing and music, bringing creativity and balance to her leadership approach.
