I am passionate about furthering the potential of individuals, teams, and organisations. I get to do this through my work in organisation transformation in Changi Airport Group – digitally, and in terms of organisation and culture.
I run the CAG Accelerator to help teams go from idea to solution quickly. Along the way, we help tentative innovators become idea champions and product owners. I oversee the CAG Power Platform Centre of Excellence, where we leverage low code tools to empower teams to innovate, automate, and digitalise processes at low or no cost.
I partner like-minded colleagues to drive and entrench innovation culture and behaviours in CAG, and am part of the community of active Growth Mindset advocates in the company.
I also sponsor and contribute to initiatives that transform our employees’ experience.
I believe deeply in coaching for personal growth, and am currently working towards my ICF ACC certification.
