Daniel is currently leading digital and people analytics at ASM. In his role, he is responsible for establishing and expanding HR analytics capabilities within the company. He has 10 years of experience in developing and scaling HR analytics solutions across industries, including semiconductors and banking, with regional responsibilities. His work includes HR data warehousing, dashboard development, the deployment of self-service analytics platforms, and predictive analytics projects.

Daniel began his career in IT in 2004 before transitioning to HR analytics in 2012.
