Isha is in the business of Talent, and in her 18+ years across consulting and business partnering, she has conceptualised and delivered several new initiatives to solve the ‘talent’ challenge for Global Business Heads, management teams and chief executives.
She is a certified Coach from NLI and a LUMA facilitator in Human Centred Design. Having worked with leading global brands, she has gained experience in employer branding, D&I, and analytics in addition to core roles in talent acquisition, management and development of talent pools.
In her current role, she is reimagining what career growth means to colleagues. She is leading a cross functional team across all parts of HR to conceptualise, design and implement multiple channels through which colleagues can truly own and design their career growth fit for the future.
