Currently, she’s the Head of Talent Acquisition at DP World, driving strategies and initiatives across the Asia Pacific Region. Lynn is known for her immense passion and unwavering commitment, but what truly distinguishes her is her remarkable grit, coupled with a strong sense of humanity. She exudes kindness and compassion, maintaining a perfect balance. Lynn’s curiosity drives her to deeply understand the needs of both the business and its stakeholders, consistently delivering work of the utmost quality.

On a personal level, Lynn balances her career with motherhood, finding immense joy in her role as a dedicated working mum to her two young children, aged 3 and 6. Additionally, she takes pleasure in cooking and baking, having developed her skills as a self-taught baker during the COVID-19 pandemic.
