Raman Sidhu is a global talent, OD, and learning Leader with a unique blend of consumer business experience in sales & marketing, supply chain, and HR spanning over three decades. He has expertise in talent, OD & learning strategy, digital transformation, and improving business performance, as well as a passion for performance consulting, OD, and L&D interventions to build individual, team and organisational capability. He has successfully led global teams in OD & learning, learning operations, talent resourcing, consumer sales, and supply chain.

Raman is currently the Group Head of Learning Operations at Shell which is at the heart of Shell’s OD & learning strategy in conceptualising and delivering a seamless learning experience for employees. His team focusses on transforming global learning portfolios by harnessing synergies of digitalisation, service excellence, execution pathways, and economies of scale.

As an HR leader and pro bono psychotherapist, Raman is passionate about destigmatising mental health at the workplace. He led a global mental health pilot in 2022 for the HR community to promote mental health and protect employees by providing quality access to mental health resources and therapeutic solutions. He is a trained Ashtanga yoga teacher and believes in integrating holistic wellbeing into daily life.
