Subhankar, in his career of more than two decades, has led large organisational transformation in Nokia and Lenovo in hyper growth markets of Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa regions.
In his HR consulting experience with PwC Consulting, IBM Global Business Services and Siemens Information Systems Consulting he helped HR organisations transform by enabling HR technology solutions, HR analytics and change management.
Subhankar takes special interest in the impact of digitisation and AI on workforce for the future. Based in Singapore, he advocates and champions diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and philanthropic pursuits in Asia Pacific region.
