Ajayan Ramachandran has over 30 year experience in a variety of consulting, staff and line roles in electronics, aerospace and packaging industries across Asia Pacific region.<\/p>\n

Over the past 15 years, Ajayan has been focussing on people development activities which includes leadership consulting, coaching and mentoring, and facilitating series of programs aimed at enhancing self-discovery, personal effectiveness, social and behavioural competencies, facilitation skills.<\/p>\n

Ajayan began his professional career in engineering \u2013 in production management, shopfloor operations, technical training before embarking on people development career.<\/p>\n

He is a certified behavioural and career consultant and experienced in administering and interpreting personality-based assessment inventories and psychometric tools \u2013 DISC, Hogan Assessment, Insights, Flowprofiler and has trained more than 5000 employees in his current portfolio.<\/p>\n

He had made significant contribution in leading task force setup for development of skills framework for electronics industry in Singapore. In recognition of his contribution as role-model for life-long learning and skills mastery, Ajayan had the honour of receiving the prestigious SkillsFuture Fellowship Award in 2017 from Dr.Tony Tan, President of Singapore. He is currently also a volunteer Career Adviser (vCA) with Workforce Singapore.<\/p>\n

Ajayan has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a Masters in HR from Edinburgh Napier University<\/p>\n

As a HR Director, Ajayan is currently the Head of Talent Development in Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a leading semiconductor manufacturing MNC and responsible for Talent Development function for 17,000+ employees in the Asia region.<\/p>\n
