Ng Kian Khar currently serves as the Vice President of People Technologies & Transformation at Singtel, where he leads the development and implementation of organisation-wide initiatives focused on HR technologies, digitalisation, people analytics, as well as HR policy and process transformation. Additionally, he holds the role of Vice President of People & Culture at Nxera, a subsidiary of the Singtel Group.<\/p>\n

Ng Kian Khar joined the Singtel Group in 2011 and has since held various leadership positions. He served as the head of the rewards function, overseeing all aspects of rewards and benefits across the organisation. Prior to his tenure at Singtel, he played a pivotal role in compensation-related strategies and policies within the Civil Service while working with the Public Service Division.<\/p>\n

Kian Khar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) from Imperial College, London and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.<\/p>\n
