As Vice President of Talent for Marriott in Asia Pacific Excluding China, Grace is responsible for driving and executing the company\u2019s HR strategy and priorities in the functions of talent acquisition and planning, learning and development, and HR technology and analytics. Prior to this role, Grace was Vice President of Learning & Development for Marriott in Asia Pacific. During this time, her team expanded Marriott\u2019s leadership development offerings and established developmental pathways for associates to grow their careers. Grace earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from Georgetown University and has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Duke University. She recently relocated to Singapore from Hong Kong with her husband and two young children.<\/p>\n
