Rumana has more than 20 years of experience in BAT with an extensive background in HR generalist and specialist affairs, including talent, employer brand, reward and compensation, international assignment, training, organisation development, employee relations, HR transformation, HR strategies and change management. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Ceylon Tobacco Company.<\/p>\n

Rumana leads HR in 71 countries of Asia Pacific & Middle East Africa. She is the first South Asian female and First Bangladeshi to sit in the Regional Leadership Team. She is also the first South Asian Female leader of top 120 leaders of BAT. Since 2019 she has led the biggest transformation of BAT for the geographies above. Before moving to Hong Kong and Singapore, Rumana held the role Head of HR BAT Bangladesh. Rumana is also awardee of the most inspiring women in corporate from Brand Forum Bangladesh in 2017.<\/p>\n
