With more than 27 years of experience, she has been at the forefront of change in the ever-evolving people function and comes with experience across sectors like retail, pharma & healthcare, FMCG and consulting in global matrix setups. She is passionate and has contributed to areas around digital acceleration, leadership evaluation & development, people & culture change, and holistic skills building for business value and excellence creation in her various roles with L\u2019Oreal, Novartis and Future Group. She has also led or played advisory roles in multiple committees at L\u2019Oreal like DEI, crisis management, CSR, ethics and contributed significantly to L\u2019Oreal’s sustainability projects.<\/p>\n

In her current regional role with L\u2019Oreal, she is responsible for building convergence between business and people, keeping technology at the forefront and preparing the HR organisation for the future.<\/p>\n
