As part of this role, he focuses on building a robust infrastructure and developing reusable assets to accelerate the value of GenAI initiatives, ensuring they deliver tangible business outcomes. Rajeev also champions a responsible approach to GenAI scaling, fostering a culture of ethical use and bringing employees along on the transformation journey. Rajeev’s journey at DBS spans diverse leadership roles. He was instrumental in the successful integration of Citi Taiwan, and previously led the Consumer Banking Strategic Business Planning team, overseeing the PMO for ANZ integration across five countries. Prior to joining DBS in 2015, Rajeev gained extensive experience in management consulting with Accenture, including leading the SEA Wealth Management consulting practice.
