Sri Vidya Nadarajah has been the Country HR Manager and Senior HRM (Power) for GE Malaysia since April 2016. In this role, she is responsible to set and lead the human capital agenda for the company in Malaysia, working closely with the various business leaders in the country, the human resources team and government bodies.

She has been with GE for 12 years. She started her career in GE Aviation in 2007 as Senior HR Generalist and subsequently was promoted to Human Resource Manager where she provided overall human resources leadership for the site, worked closely with business leaders to attract, retain and develop the workforce and played a key role in driving a culture of learning, teaming and employee engagement.

Before joining GE, Sri worked as a HRBP in the electronics, manufacturing and cement industries with companies such as Aiwa Electronics, ABB Malaysia and Holcim Malaysia.

She is a well-established HR professional and speaker in the field of human resources management, including performance management, employee experience, young graduates employability and motivational talks.

Sri has 20 years of experience in human resources management at a senior manager level and has been involved in coaching and training for the past 10 years. She has developed training and motivational modules in the fields of leadership and coaching for various trainings and talks conducted at universities.
