Sameet Kaur Sidhu is passionate about individual and organisational transformation to deliver positive and lasting outcomes. In the digital age, she believes in aligning teams to a greater purpose and partnering with business leaders to build an environment where employees can personally disrupt to learn, grow and thrive.
Over the past 15 years, she has accumulated international HR experience within the HR shared services function at Cisco Systems. Subsequently, she navigated through business partnering roles, within the digital and technology sector across Southeast Asia. In her role at Experian Malaysia, she is leading the talent acquisition team to build a strong and valuable proposition in attracting the right talent to ensure strategic business success.
