As the regional HR lead for Dell Malaysia, Andy M drives human resources strategies that support the company’s vision, transformation and continued growth.
He has extensive experience in marketing communications, customer service, learning and development, in addition to HR Business Partnership roles in the IT and E&E industries.
Under his leadership, both Dell Malaysia and Singapore have won numerous Employer of Choice and HR Innovation awards.
He obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from Federation University, Australia; Master’s in Arts from University Science Malaysia and a Post Graduate degree in Management from Cranfield University, UK.
He sits on the Talent Corporation Diversity and Inclusion committee and strongly advocates women in leadership excellence initiatives among the MNCs is the Northern Region of Malaysia.
