Ling Ming Choo is a senior leader with 20-plus years of HR and generalist experience. She is a strategic board business partner and spearheads overall talent, organisation, culture and capability needs.
Her experience spans across diverse businesses, strategic planning, organisation redesign, talent acquisition, culture transformation, mergers and acquisition, HR technology and analytics and recently driving organisational transformation in digital, data and future of works.
She has also been appointed a TalentCorp diversity advocate and industry advisor for Taylor, Monash and INTI University. She is passionate about people growth, enjoys mentoring, coaching and building a positive corporate culture.
