Sylvia Koh
Chief People Officer
CrimsonLogic
Sylvia Koh oversees the full spectrum in planning and implementing people strategies for the CrimsonLogic Group globally. She brings more than 20 years of HR experience and leads the group HR to develop workforce strategies, drive organisational and talent development, and succession planning across the various CrimsonLogic offices and business groups.
Before joining CrimsonLogic, she was working with Jardine Lloyd Thompson in Hong Kong as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Asia for nearly three years. Before that, she was the Business Services Director for Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance in China overseeing human resources, IT, business operations and the global business network across Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing.
Her other professional experience includes three years working with Convergys and seven years at HP-EDS, where she developed a strong familiarity with the IT sector.
Mentoring young working adults is something she enjoys doing, not just as part of her HR role, but as a personal commitment to the development of future leaders in the community. She is an accredited coach for the Clifton StrengthsFinder, Predictive Index, and has been an in-house mentor to emerging leaders in previous companies she has worked for.
She holds a bachelor of science and pharmacy from the National University of Singapore, is a chartered fellow with CIPD, UK, and accredited with IHRP Singapore as a senior HR professional.
